In your new home, you will be able to control and adjust your thermostat, turn on and off several light fixtures, security systems and open and close your garage door all with the convenience of your mobile phone. The Lyric Home Automation panel is expandable to allow for the addition of a security system, cameras, wifi capable controlled devices.

Each Southern Traditional Home is equipped with in-ceiling speakers in the kitchen that connect to your phone wirelessly through a Sonos amplifier. The ultimate in convenience… volume and music selection is controlled with your phone without sound interruption from an incoming phone call. Additional speaker wires are pulled to the rear patio of your home for you to add additional speakers at your convenience.
